Please note: These are die cut decals. Just the white part of the image is the decal. There would be no background color. The background color will be whatever the color the object is you place it on. You would want a light color decal if your placing it on a dark background such as tinted windows. If decal is going on a light or white background, then you would want a darker color. White is the default color (like the image shown), and will be shipped unless another color is chosen when ordering.
